House Rules

• Standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
• Check in and check out times must be adhered to.
• Outside food, alcohol and sheesha are strictly not allowed.
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infant needs with prior permission.
• Alcohol, is served on request. Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
• Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm.
• The pool and games room is operational between 8 am – 7 pm
• The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in and around the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the villa with care.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
